Network Rail's Flexible Rental Package

Solutions is a flexible rental package that benefits our smaller tenants. By combining annual, index- linked rent increases with monthly payment by direct debit and a short termination period, our customers can enjoy easier annual budgeting and better cash flow.

Solutions rent increases are applied annually and are aligned to the Retail Price Index (RPI). This allows our customers steady increases over time, rather than a rent review every three years. Also, this gives our customers the ability to pass on more gradual increases within their own pricing structure.

Solutions payments are made monthly by direct debit. This spreads rental payments across the year, rather than having to meet larger, quarterly payments.

Solutions customers only need to give us three months notice of their intention to terminate their tenancy. This gives them the flexibility to move easier, upgrading or downsizing their premises according to their business needs.
