Standard lease agreement

Designed to provide you with security and flexibility, our standard agreement has no fixed period, giving you the right to give up the property when it suits you, as long as you give six months notice (and you stick to all other terms of the agreement).

Payments (by direct debit) are made quarterly in advance. Rent reviews occur every three years.

In some cases we will propose an alternative form of agreement - such as a lease for a defined period. Check the property particulars to see which agreement applies to your preferred property.

Building insurance

By law, business owners must have adequate insurance.

Due to the unusual nature of our arch premises we offer tailor made, competitive insurance with QBE Insurance (Europe) Limited, which is specially designed to make sure your premises are covered.

The policies are competitively priced because we insure our assets through QBE Insurance (Europe) Limited and can pass on the benefits of our purchasing power to you as cheaper premiums.
