Tell us about your business.

We sell specialist wine, spirits, champagne and craft beers that you usually don’t find in the supermarket. We also offer a personalised labelling and wedding favours service.

What are you most proud of?

Our high level of customer retention, which may be down to the unique and personalised service we offer. We want to get rid of the snobbery that surrounds the wine industry.

Who are your customers?

We have around 1,000 clients on our books who visit us regularly. Our customer base is varied and we are always keen to encourage new customers to drop in and see how we can help.

What is your business philosophy?

To only sell wines that we would drink ourselves. Our motto is to offer a personalised service and treat everybody as an individual.

What do you like about your Network Rail property?

It’s a stunning building and creates a superb atmosphere. We always get a great reaction from our customers when they walk through the door.

What’s the best thing about the area?

The location is a big appeal as we get people popping in who have come into the town centre to do their shopping.
