Building on the success of the 2018 Development Day, we are hosting a new exciting ‘Inspiring Leaders’ development session. This is an interactive learning opportunity, which will focus on people management with an emphasis on engaging and developing people.

This is a pilot event, so we’re looking for 30 enthusiastic managers to be pioneers in developing a bespoke Property training module around leadership and management.

Benefits
  • Provide practical skills, know-how and confidence to engage, inspire, motivate and develop or people
  • Upskill existing line managers (many of whom have not had any recent leadership training)
  • Focus on personal development
  • Provide support to managers developing their people.
Next steps
  • 30 places are available for this two-day event, held on 27-28th November at Holiday Inn Milton Keynes Central
  • Entries are open to current line managers who have not been on either of the Network Rail Leadership courses in the last five years
  • The only entry requirement is to have an up to date line manager-endorsed Personal Development Plan.
