To raise the profile of Network Rail Property within the industry, we used our greatest asset, our people to share their personal stories. We filmed over 30 colleagues from various bands and roles across our regional locations, which demonstrated our diverse and inclusive team. Each story illustrated what the individual does and the benefits of working for Property. The aim of sharing these stories was to humanise the company and promote our business as an employer of choice.
