This is a three year tenancy agreement, where both the Landlord and tenant are able to serve six months notice to end the tenancy and where there is no automatic right to renew it on expiry. (This means that it is contracted-out of the security of tenure provisions of Sections 24-28 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 Part ll).
The Unit is suitable for Light Industrial, Workshop, Storage, Office or any other similar use subject to planning approval. Please note car repairs are not allowed.
The Tenant will be required to keep the premises in a good state of repair and shall maintain them in a like condition at all times. This does not include the Viaduct Structure.
Tenant to contribute £395.00 + VAT towards the documentation and administration.
Princess Street Business Estate can be found off Attercliffe Road (A6178) near to Norfolk Bridge and a short drive from Junction 34 of the M1 Motorway.
The tenant is to pay the sum of £172.16 per annum in respect of a contribution to insurance.
