Nick recently joined our team as Category Manager for Health and Beauty, a sector experiencing impressive growth across the marketplace. He brings a wealth of retail experience from global brands, including Nike, where he served as Retail Director within the EMEA team, introducing flagship store concepts and launching new digital services for Nike members. Nick also has strong commercial and operational expertise from his roles at Marks & Spencer and Inditex, where he led teams in achieving retail excellence.

His experience at Westfield Shopping Centres adds even more synergy for us at Network Rail, as he led the Customer Service Strategy for Europe’s busiest shopping centre. Above all, Nick’s passion for retail and the customer experience is a fantastic addition to our team, and we’re excited for him to help drive Network Rail’s retail vision to become an industry benchmark.
